Overview

A Vision for Wayne is a collaborative effort to create a shared vision for the future of Downtown Wayne. Building on Radnor Township’s Comprehensive Plan, this initiative will highlight Wayne’s strengths and identify new opportunities to support local businesses, mobility, housing, public spaces, and more. The goal is to create a plan that strengthens Wayne’s unique character while ensuring it remains vibrant, welcoming, and resilient for years to come.

Community input is a key part of this process. Public meetings, focus groups, and outreach events will provide opportunities for people who live, work, or spend time in Wayne to share their ideas and perspectives.

The result of this effort will be a Master Plan document that presents a clear vision, strategies, and an action plan with short-, medium-, and long-term actions to guide investment and decision-making.
